What kind of RV Sites do we have?
Magnolia RV Park, located in Magnolia, Arkansas, is a 12-acre Park consisting of 6.5 well maintained acres and 5.5 wooded acres. Small Pop-Up campers as well as Big Rigs, up to 45’, are welcome here at Magnolia RV Park. We offer full hookup sites, pull-thru sites, pond front pull-thru sites and 21 Back-in sites. All sites are full hook up with 50/30/20-amp electric, water, sewer, and free Wi-Fi. Magnolia RV Park offers nightly, weekly, and monthly stays, and is open year round.

At The Time We Are Only Accepting Weekly & Monthly Rentals
Weekly Rates: $190-$230
- Rates are for 2 Adults. Additional Guests over 16 years old are $25 per week per guest.
- Maximum 4 adult guests per site. (6 including children)
- Includes water, sewer, and electricity.
Monthly Rates: $450-$500 ($100 deposit required)
- Maximum of 2 adults per site.
- Monthly (Long Term) stays are for Adults only, no children.
- Includes water, sewer, and electricity.
Close to SAU Campus
Magnolia RV Park is conveniently located just 1.2 miles or a quick 3-minute drive from the SAU campus. For students seeking a peaceful and affordable accommodation option. Our park offers a fantastic alternative to dorm living or renting a house. With our affordable monthly rent of $485 per month with a valid Student ID, depending on the site, several students have already chosen to stay with us and have found it to be a wonderful experience.

Check-out Time:
12:00 p.m. Campers staying over must re-register before checkout. Prior reservations take preference over change of plans.
Guest Registration:
All guests must register upon arrival. Rates are based upon the current rate schedule. DMV registration may be requested at check-in. Visitors: All visitors of guests must register with the office prior to entering the Park.
Due to the increased volume of No Call/No Show bookings, or people double booking multiple Parks for the same nights, a credit/debit card deposit is required when booking a reservation. The minimum deposit for any reservation is $40

Guidelines & Policies for an Enjoyable Visit
Pets:
- Pets are welcome.
- Dogs must be leashed while on park property.
- Dog pens of any type are not allowed on park property.
- If pets are tied outside on the owner’s site they must be attended. Do not tie pets to any of the park trees or fixtures.
- Cleanup is required and enforced and is the responsibility of the pet owner.
- Aggressive or disruptive pets will be banned from the park.
- Pets are not allowed inside any of the park buildings.
Laundry:
- Effective use of the laundry room is made possible by your cooperation.
- Please clean washers & dryers after each use and obey all posted signs in the laundry room.
- NO outside clothes lines please.
Fires / BBQ:
- Fire rings that are off the ground and have screen covers are allowed at your site.
- Please be aware of flying ash from your equipment so as not to interfere with other campers.
- All fires are to be put out by 12:00 midnight and debris cleaned up.
- Let coals in BBQ extinguish themselves.
- Do not dump ashes on ground.
Showers:
- Showers are for overnight paying guests only.
Sub rental:
- Recreational vehicles at Magnolia RV Park to be used solely by the owner.
- No rental of units is permitted.
Speed Limit:
- Please obey the 5 mph speed limit.
Smoking:
- Smoking is not allowed in any of the park buildings.
- Please dispose of your butts in a trash receptacle - not on the park grounds.
Trash:
- Deposit trash in tied bags inside of the dumpster.
Repairs:
- No vehicle repairs, maintenance activities, fluid changes, washing/rinsing of vehicles are permitted in the park.
Quiet Hours:
- Please be considerate of other residents. Quiet hours are 9:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Vehicles:
- Only two cars are permitted per site.
Sites:
- Sites are to be kept clean at all times. No parking on grass area or putting anything on the grass without permission.
Our Private Pond:
- No swimming or wading in the pond.
- Children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult around the pond.
- No boats allowed.
- Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
- Management assumes no responsibility for injury, accidents or losses from any cause.
- Management is not responsible for loss of personal property or for accidents of any nature.
